Simple, just say 'I kinda liked that kiss at the disco, and i was wondering if you wanted to do it again?'... he will say yes becuase he obviouusly likes you and then you say 'well are you going to ask me out?' and he again says yes. Then its just a case on either not telling your parents or telling them and saying 'we didnt date, we just decided to get together'.
