What should i do? Please help me.?

Okay, So, Me and this guy have known each other for a while. He lives in a different state tho. But not far. We're both single. And I really like him. He admitted to me that he really likes me and he said "i'm really feelin you girl". I'm not sure what that means, I'm 15. I'll be 16 in november, The guy is 18. I know his first, middle, and last name. I know where he lives. I know how many sisters and brothers he has, we're friends on facebook so he's not a stranger to me. We've been txting and talking for about 6 months. I really want to be with him, like in a relationship. He is really sweet. He tells me he loves me but when he says it, he says : you're like my bestest friend ever, and i love you! He always says something like that but, i really really like him and i wish I could tell him but i'm afraid that'll be a "turn-off" and he'll think i'm being too forward. I don't wanna say anything that'll "drive him away" or anything. He's really sweet and he makes me smile ALL THE TIME. He tells me I'm beautiful and gorgeous, and when i'm sad or need someone to talk to, he's always there and he never lets me down. We video chat and get on ooVoo all the time. Almost twice a week. And we stay on ooVoo for almost 3-4 hrs talking and stuff. Can anyone tell me what I should do? And is there any guys that can help me?
