Are catfish, platies, shrimp and a White cloud Compatible?

No, catfish and platys are warm water fish and require heaters. White clouds and goldfish are cold water fish. Also a comet in a fish bowl is a certian painful death. On top of that all of the fish require at least 15-20+ gallons with the comet needing 55+. Your tank is about 6 gallons. You need to get a larger tank and rehome the comet.
